I've always had a passion for writing, storytelling and fostering relationships with people. This passion of mine cultivated when I started working in customer service at the age of 16 and has since grown with me in my career.

I recently obtained a Master of Science in Digital Communication Analytics with the goal to develop important analytical skills, such as performance measurement.
